Family Sues Food Express, Inc. of Arcadia, California for Fatal Truck Crash

Truck accident attorneys from Baum Hedlund, Paul Hedlund and Robert Foss, filed a lawsuit today on behalf of the family of Robin Rae Udey, who was killed on Jan. 25, 2010 in a truck crash in Wasco County, Oregon. Truck driver, Ronald Jory, was driving a commercial truck pulling two loaded tanker trailers for Arcadia, California-based Food Express, Inc., when, according to witnesses, he drove at dangerously fast speeds around a curve on a snow and slush covered highway. He lost control of the big rig while approaching the curve and crossed the center line. His truck collided with Mrs. Udey’s SUV, heading in the opposite direction.

The Udey family is suing Food Express, Inc. for negligence and wrongful death. The truck crash lawsuit alleges that Food Express, Inc., among other things, was negligent, careless and reckless in the hiring training and supervision of Jory. Read more about this truck crash lawsuit.
